Whole Disk Encryption Licensing Questions

I need a solution

We have a system here that has a dual boot configuration, and we're considering PGP WDE (aka Symantec Disk Encryption) for a whole-disk encryption.  We're considering this based on the trial we're running of Desktop Encryption Corporate on one of our Windows Only laptops, and we're quite impressed by the software.

But, I haven't had a clear answer on licensing for encrypting a dual boot configuration.  To encrypt the entire drive, so that both the Ubuntu 12.04 Linux (64bit) and Windows 7 Professional (64bit) operating systems are encrypted, do we need multiple licenses of Disk Encryption in order to encrypt the entirety of the disk?  Or with the operating systems listed here, is this not feasible at all?

(Also, we're considering getting the Desktop Encryption Professional bundle to also get the email encryption on Windows, so we'd also like to know if we can use that license in both operating systems for the disk encryption.)
